Retrial of Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn will be retried for the first-degree murder of 17-year-old Jordan Davis.  His retrial is expected to begin on Monday, May 5, 2014.  Stay tuned.  If the retrial is broadcast, you can watch it here; just click on the "Florida vs. Michael Dunn" tab.

Also, Mr. Dunn's sentencing will be postponed until after the retrial.
